Yoga Workshops & Series in Putney

For when a single class isn’t enough.

Go further with Phoenix

This is where the real work begins.

A class is an hour. That’s enough to reset the nervous system and leave feeling better than you arrived. But some things need more room. Our workshops and series are built for those things.

Our workshops, series and intensives are built for practitioners who are ready for that. Whether you’ve been practising for six months or six years, there’s usually a point where you feel something pulling you further. This is where we meet that.

Expect smaller groups, deeper teaching, and the kind of focused attention that changes how you practise — not just for the duration of the event, but long after it.

Workshops

A single session, 2–3 hours. One focus: a pose family, a pranayama technique, a particular style. Taught in depth, with time to ask questions and go slowly. Good for practitioners at any level who want to get under the surface of something specific.

Series

Three to six weeks. One session a week. Long enough to actually go somewhere. Each one builds on the last — you start to notice changes in your regular practice, not just in the room. Best for practitioners ready to commit to something.

Intensives

A full day or weekend, with multiple sessions. Immersive by design. The kind of experience where you arrive as one version of your practice and leave as another. We run these a few times a year — sign up to the newsletter to hear first.

Yin & Restore Weekend Workshop

Two days of deep Yin and restorative practice — the kind of slow, intentional work that regular classes rarely have room for. You’ll develop a real understanding of the connective tissue body, learn to work with props and long holds, and leave with a restorative toolkit you can take home. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Fundamentals Series

Six consecutive weeks that give you the foundation most drop-in classes assume you already have. Breath, sun salutations, alignment, key postures and transitions — taught progressively, with time to ask questions and actually understand what you’re doing. After this, classes feel very different.

Common questions

Drop-in classes are standalone sessions — complete in themselves, bookable any time. A series is a sequence of connected sessions designed to be taken together. Each one builds on the last, so by the end you have a level of understanding that no single class could give you. If you’ve ever left a class wishing you’d had more time to explore something, a series is the answer to that.
We’d encourage you to attend every session — the cumulative effect is the whole point. That said, life happens, and missing the odd week won’t leave you completely lost. Teachers are mindful that not everyone will have caught everything. If you can commit to the full run, you’ll get significantly more out of it. Think of it less like a course and more like building something — each session is a layer.
Series bookings are generally non-refundable for individual missed sessions. If you need to drop out of an entire series due to unexpected circumstances, please email us and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
It depends on the series — each listing says who it’s designed for. Some are genuinely ideal for beginners, particularly the foundational ones that cover breath, alignment and basic postures in depth. Others are better suited to people who have been practising for a while and want to explore more technical or advanced territory. If you’re unsure whether something’s the right level, drop us a line — we’d rather help you find the right fit than have you spend money on something that doesn’t serve you.
Booking is via our schedule on our schedule page. Series and events are listed alongside regular classes — just search for the name of the series and select all the dates you want.
