In more detail.

Yin
Hold. Breathe. Release. Yin focuses on long, passive holds that work deep into the connective tissues. Physically it opens the body; mentally it trains you to be still. The quietest class on the timetable, and often the most powerful.

Flow & Restore
This class has two gears. The first half moves you through a gentle vinyasa. The second half shifts into supported restorative poses. You’ll leave feeling like you’ve both worked and rested.

Gentle Flow
The most accessible class on the timetable. A slow, unhurried pace with space to breathe, pause, and settle. A good first class if you’re new, and a reliable reset if you’re not.

Fundamentals
Never done yoga before? This is the place to start. We slow everything right down — breaking down the core postures, explaining alignment, and building breathing awareness. No prior experience needed.

Yin Yang Flow
Two contrasting practices, one class. We open with Yin: long, passive holds. From there we move into vinyasa — heat, breath, movement, stamina. You leave feeling both energised and deeply grounded.

Mandala Vinyasa
Not your typical flow class. Mandala Vinyasa explores movement in a full 360° pattern around the mat, drawing on the elements as its creative framework. Expect something that feels expressive and genuinely different.

Power Flow
This is the strong end of the timetable. Power Flow links breath and movement through demanding sequences that build real physical strength. It’s challenging by design — and the satisfaction at the end is earned.

Sculpt & Flow
High energy, low impact. This class combines light weights with a vinyasa flow sequence — building muscular strength and endurance alongside yoga’s flexibility and breathwork.

Yogalates
Yoga and Pilates make a natural pair. This class brings Pilates-inspired core work into a yoga flow — giving you the freedom of vinyasa with the precision of Pilates. Modifications always offered.

Why they teach here
“Every person on the mat is doing exactly enough. The kindness you extend to yourself in class tends to follow you home.”
“I teach the way I’d want someone to teach me — with patience, warmth, and real respect for wherever you are today.”
“The breath is the most intelligent thing about us. Everything else in the practice is really just learning to listen to it.”
